摘　　要：文献检索是高校图书馆传统的公共服务,本文分析了现有公共检索服务的不足,重新定义了检索服务的内涵,创新了服务手段,重塑了公共检索服务的形象。Literature retrieval is the traditional public service of university library. This paper analyzes the deficiency of the existing public retrieval service, redefines the connotation of retrieval service, innovatives service means, and reshapes the public image of retrieval service.
