摘  要:进行了水镁石纤维混凝土农村公路路面工程应用试验,研究了低水泥标号、低水泥用量情况下水镁石纤维混凝土性能的影响因素,筛选了最佳混凝土配合比,并进行了混凝土路面施工。研究发现,在低水泥标号、低水泥用量情况下水镁石纤维混凝土的性能仍能满足农村公路工程技术要求,且应用效果良好。水镁石纤维混凝土施工工艺与普通水泥混凝土路面基本相同,与无纤维的普通混凝土相比,水镁石纤维水泥混凝土中水泥用量大幅度减少,混凝土抗折强度高,材料成本降低。影响水镁石纤维水泥混凝土性能的主要因素有:水灰比、矿粉掺量、集料级配、胶凝材料及纤维膏用量等。试验表明,较小的水灰比、较大的胶凝材料和纤维膏用量、掺加矿粉,采用合适的集料搭配等,均有利于混凝土强度的提高。Tests and study are made in the paper to applying brucite fiber reinforced concrete in the countryside road pavement. Influential factors of brucite fiber reinforced concrete properties at low graded cement and low dosage of cement are studied. Optimal mix ratio of concrete is selected and put into use. It is found that brucite fiber reinforced concrete has a very good application result in the countryside road engineering even at the condition of low graded cement and low dosage of cement. The construction process of brucite reinforced concrete is the same as the ordinary concrete. Compared with the ordinary concrete, the cement quantity of usage in the brucite reinforced concrete is largely reduced. Meanwhile, the flexural strength of concrete is improved and the cost of materials is lowered. The main factors affecting the properties of concrete include water cement ratio, dosage of slag powder, aggregate grading, and dosage of cement and fiber plaster. Tests show that the beneficial conditions are lower water cement ratio, larger dosage of cement and fiber plaster, use of slag powder and proper aggregate grading.
