摘  要:研究了折状夹芯倾角分别为30°、45°、60°的复合靶在不同入射角度的靶板性能。基于射流侵彻复合靶过程中的能量损失、后效靶剩余穿深及复合靶质量防护系数,分析了不同靶板各组成部分的吸能特性。通过56mm基准弹垂直侵彻后效靶和射流以60°侵彻不同靶板的试验研究,验证了仿真结论的可靠性。研究表明,60°倾角复合靶抗射流性能最优,45°复合靶次之,30°复合靶最小。随着夹芯倾角的增大,夹芯板吸能由0.85kJ增加到1.58kJ,橡胶吸能由1.42kJ减小至0.79kJ。该结构复合靶板具有优异的防护性能,可以作为一种新型轻型防护装甲。The anti-penetration property of corrugated sandwich composite armor with the corrugation angle of 30°,45°,60° at different penetration angles was studied.Based on the jet energy loss,DOP and quality protection factor,the protection capability of different armors was studied.The energy absorption characteristics of different armors was analyzed.The reality of the simulation results was validated by experiments of φ56 mm stander shaped charge penetrating the steel at 0° dip angle and jet penetrating the composite armor at 60° dip angle.The results show that the armor with 60° corrugation angle has the best protection capability; the 45° composite armor is the second; the 30°composite armor is the last.With the increase of corrugation angle,energy absorption of corrugated sandwich improves from 0.85 kJ to 1.58 kJ ;energy absorption of rubber reduces from 1.42 kJ to 0.79 kJ.This kind of composite armor has excellent protection capability,and it can be used as a new kind of light armor.
