摘  要:为了探索整装式液体炮中增强燃烧稳定性的控制方法,建立了高压燃烧推进实验系统,进行了圆柱型和阶梯渐扩型燃烧室边界下的燃烧推进实验,通过燃烧室动态压力测量结果,分析了边界形状对燃烧室压力振荡的影响。实验表明,采用阶梯渐扩型边界可减弱整装式含能液体的燃烧压力振荡,渐扩结构因子ΔD/L、渐扩级数对燃烧推进过程也有影响,设计合适的ΔD/L有利于减小压力振荡,提高燃烧稳定性。To explore the control methods to improve the combustion stability in bulk-loaded propellant gun,an experimental system for research of high-pressure combustion and propulsion was built.Combustion and propulsion experiments with cylindrical and stepped-wall chamber were carried out.Dynamic combustion pressure in chamber was recorded.The effects of chamberwall shape on the oscillation of combustion pressure were analyzed.The experimental results show that using stepped-wall chamber is useful to deduce the pressure oscillation,and steppedwall parameter AD/L and the quantity of steps have effects on the combustion and propulsion process,and appropriate AD/L can reduce magnitude of pressure oscillation and improve the stability of bulk-loaded energetic liquid.
