摘 要:为研究药床透气性对大长径比、高装填密度中心点传火管点传火性能的影响,建立了奔那药管+小粒黑混合装药结构的一维两相流模型,通过计算结果与测试结果的对比验证了模型的正确性,计算了不同奔那药管比例下的点传火过程,分析了药床透气性对点传火性能的影响。结果表明,采用奔那药管+小粒黑的混合装药结构能改善大长径比、高装填密度下点火药床的透气性,利于火焰的快速传播,明显缩短了点火时间,提高了点火一致性及均匀性,但是需合理控制奔那药管与小粒黑的比例,比例过高虽然会缩短点传火的时间,但同时会带来过大的点火压力。To study the influence of charge permeability on ignition characteristics of large lengthdiameter ratio igniter tube with high loading density,one-dimensional two-phase flow model of Bennite and black powder composite charge was developed.The model was proved by comparing the test and calculated results.The ignition process of different ratio of Bennite mass was simulated,and the influence of charge permeability on ignition characteristics was analyzed.The results show that the charge permeability of large length-diameter ratio igniter tube with high loading density is improved by using Bennite and black powder composite charge,which is beneficial to flame spreading fast and ignition homogeneity.But the ratio of Bennite to black powder should be controlled.Though the ignition time is shortened by the high Bennite ratio,the ignition pressure is too high.
