摘　　要：对于混合型房地产开发项目来说,其建筑面大小以及在各建筑类型间的分配,直接影响着项目的综合投资效益,因此,在详细的设计方案之前,运用科学有效的优化方法和手段,建筑面积方案进行最优化决策,显得至关重要。本文利用线性规划理论工具建立了建筑面积方案决策的最优化模型,并引入熵值法,对模型中综合效益系数的确定问题进行了深入的研究。Finding out user behaviors characters and habits by user behaviors data, and implementing value extraction and analysis, this paper puts forwards an improved user behaviors data mining research based on Apriori Algorithm. Start with analyzing the process of Apriori Algorithm, then according to the poor efficiency and accuracy, propose the improvements on three aspects and at last, the performance of the algorithms is validated through simulation example. Experiments have shown that in the same data sample situation, the improved Apriori Algorithm provides higher efficiency and higher minimum confidence with certain practical value.
