摘 要:目的:对比分析附子-甘草配伍前后汤液的相态变化。方法:运用电导率仪、散射光浊度仪、旋转黏度计、表面/界面张力测定仪,在20,40,60℃时分别测定附子-甘草配伍前后汤液的理化参数(电导率、盐度、浊度、黏度、表面张力);采用激光衍射法测定汤液的粒径和粒径分布,对比分析附子-甘草配伍前后汤液的相态变化。结果:附子-甘草配伍前后汤液相态的理化参数均有变化。附子-甘草合煎液汤液的电导率、盐度低于其他汤液,而合煎液中粒子粒径大于其他汤液。结论:为深入研究附子-甘草配伍前后汤液中增效减毒的物质基础及汤液相态变化提供实验基础。Objective: To analyze the physicochemical properties differences between Aconiti Laterdis Radix Praeparata and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma decoction before and after combination. Method: Use inductivity measurer, turbid meter, viscosity meter and surface tension apparatus to measure the physicochemical properties (inductivity, salinity, turbid, viscosity, surface tension) of four kinds of decoctions;use laser diffraction to measure particle size of these four different decoctions;analyze the physicochemical properties between these decoctions. Result: There are indeed physicochemical properties differences between these decoctions;the inductivity and salinity of Aconiti Laterdis Radix Praeparata and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma combination are less than those of other decoctions, but the particle size of combination is larger than that of other decoctions. Conclusion: Supply a research data for studying correlativity between effective chemical constituents and physicochemical properties in decotions before and after combinated.
