摘　　要：文章讨论了满足TNF的历史关系数据库，在不破坏TNF的条件下实现插入、删除和修改操作的实现过程，并给出了实现算法。在保持了数据的完整性前提下，实现了对历史关系数据库的更新操作。： This paper first discusses the method which implements insert，delete and update operation for historical relational database based on TNF under the condition of keeping TNF from being destroyed，and then gives an implementing algorithm.under keeping data completely，the paper implements update operation for historical relational database.
