摘 要:基于关电容网络串联放电、并联充电和多个网络累加升压的工作特性,提出了种新型双输入升压变换器。分析了该变换器在连续工作模式下的工作原理和工作性能,进行了仿真分析,并搭建了实验模型。仿真与实验结果表明:该升压变换器升压能力强;关器件的电压应力、输入电流纹波和输出电压纹波小;所有关管由同控制信号隔离驱动,控制电路简单;实现分时供电或同时供电,元器件利用率高。Based on such operating characteristics of switch-capacitor network as discharging in series connection, parallel charging and accumulated boosting by multi-networks, a new kind of double input boost converter is proposed. The working principle and performance of the proposed converter under continuous operation is analyzed, and an experimental model is constructed. Results from both simulation and experiments show that the proposed boost converter possesses powerful boosting ability, and the voltage stress of switching elements as well as ripple of input current and output voltage are low; all switching valves are driven by the same control signal and it make the control circuit simple; the time-sharing or simultaneous power supply is implemented, so the high-usage of components is realized.
