城市中小学校体育场馆对外开放管理模式的调查:以江苏省为例

摘　　要：2010年9月,第3次全国学校体育场馆向公众开放工作会议强调"让体育场馆资源发挥最大效益"。作为全国人口密度最大的省份——江苏省的调查结果显示:该省场馆开放工作与日益增长的大众体育健身需求相比明显滞后。研究发现:该省已开放的中小学体育场馆管理模式以"单一型""合作型"为主,及时总结这些管理模式的长期适用条件,建构适合全省推广的开放模式,有利于更好地指导江苏省中小学校体育场馆对社会开放工作,加速该省学校体育和社会体育的有机衔接,更为有效地推动省内群众体育和谐健康地发展。In September 2010, it has been emphasized in the third national working conference of public uti lization of school sports facilities that the resources of sports facilities should be utilized at the utmost. The investigation in Jiangsu Province, the most densely populated province in China, has found that the public utilization of sports facilities in Jiangsu obviously lags behind compared with the growing demand for mass sports. The results show that the management modes of school sports facilities in Jiangsu are mainly in the forms of ＂single type＂ and ＂cooperative type＂. It is necessary to timely summarize the long term applicable conditions of these management modes and to construct a utilization mode appropriate for promotion around the province, so as to better guide the public utilization of school sports facilities in Jiangsu Province, to accelerate the organic convergence of school sports and social sports,and to promote effectively harmony and healthy development masses sports within the province.
