摘　　要：提出构建一种电子邮箱的文件系统设想，并给出可行的实现方法。用户可以象使用本地存储设备一样操作电子邮箱。而电子邮箱不再只是邮件箱，它是一种用户可以操作的存储设备。In this paper,the design of mailbox file system is introduced. This file system is based on E-mail. The user can operate the mailbox as same as the storage devices of local machine. The mailbox will never be only used as box of letters. It is a storage device that can be operated by the user.
