摘  要:试验研究了振动凝固对消失模铸造球铁合金石墨形态、基体组织及硬度的影响,浇注不同厚度的试样,对比了厚度5mm、10mm、20mm、40mm试样在静止凝固与振动凝固条件下组织特征的变化。结果表明:振动凝固可以增加石墨球个数,随振动频率的提高,石墨球个数增加明显;振动凝固可以显著减少粗大石墨的比例,提高石墨分布的均匀性,随振动频率的提高,粗大石墨的比例呈减小趋势;振动凝固可以降低薄壁铸铁件中的碳化物含量,随振动频率提高,碳化物比例下降,硬度降低。The effect of vibration solidification on graphite morphology, matrix structure and hardness of ductile iron with lost foam casting process was investigated. The specimens with different thickness (5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm and 40 mm) were poured to contrast their changes of structure and property in static and vibration solidification condition. The results show that vibration solidification can increase the number of graphite. With increasing in vibration frequency, the number of graphite is increased obviously. Vibration solidification can reduce the proportion of coarse graphite, and the graphite nodules are more uniform. With increasing in vibration frequency, the proportion of coarse graphite is decreased. Vibration solidification can reduce the content of carbide in thin-wall iron casting. With increasing in vibration frequency, the content of carbide is decreased and the hardness is reduced.
