摘  要:铝是现代炼钢生产中最常用的脱氧剂。介绍了铝脱氧的相关理论,重点探讨了铝在铸造用钢中的作用及其应用,详细分析了熔炼过程中EAF炉还原阶段和LF炉精炼阶段的工艺控制,使出钢时的全氧量被控制在50×10^-6左右。钢液中的夹杂物显著减少,钢液质量得到极大改善。Aluminum is the most common deoxidizer in steelmaking. The correlation theory of aluminum deoxidation was introduced. The effect of aluminum in steelmaking and its application was mainly discussed. The process control of EAF reduction and Lf refining in cast steel smelting were analyzed in detail, and the total oxygen content was controlled at about 50× 10-6 while tapping. The inclusions in molten steel are significantly reduced, and the quality of molten steel is improved greatly.
