摘　　要：为提高大批量生产铸件的清理效率，确定了铸件在线清理的整改目标。对铸件输送辊道的布局进行了改进，增加了铸件翻转装置，安装了相应的光电开关并编写了PLC程序。铸件在线清理流水线的运行，在提高生产效率的同时，可及时对铸件的流向进行追踪，改善了工作环境，大幅度减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。In order to improve the efficiency of casting cleaning in mass production, the improvement objective of casting online cleaning was determined. The layout of transfer table for castings was improved. The turnover units for castings were added and the relevant optoelectronic switches were set up. The PLC program was written. With the operation of transfer line for castings, the production efficiency is enhanced. The trace of castings can be searched in time. The working environment is improved and the labor intensity of the workers are reduced greatly.
