摘 要:含蜡原油管道因其凝固点高、物性差等特点,在输油成本及安全运行上,一直是我国石油储运界面临的主要技术难题。惠安堡至银川原油管道(简称惠一银管道)是一条典型的高含蜡原油管道,根据惠一银管道沿线地温、油温和油品物性,春、夏、秋、冬4个季节分别采用加热输送、常温输送和加剂综合热处理输送3种输送工艺。对各个运行时间段不同输量下的运行方案进行了论述,并对秋季和冬季工况下采用加剂综合热处理输送与加热输送的经济性和安全性进行了对比分析。得出结论:采用加剂综合热处理输送比加热输送更经济、安全。Because of its characteristics of high freezing point and poor physical properties,the transportation cost and safe operation of the waxy crude oil pipelines were the main technical problems of the oil storage and transportation industry in China.Huianbu-Yinchuan crude oil pipeline(Hui-Yin crude oil pipeline for short)was a typical crude oil pipeline with high wax content According to the different ground temperature,oil temperature,and oil properties,heating transportation,room temperature transportation,and additive synthesis heat treatment transportation processes were adopted respectively in spring,summer,autumn,and winter.The operation scheme of different throughput in each operation period was described.The economy and safety of heat treatment transportation with additives and the heating transportation in fall and winter were compared and analyzed.The heat treatment transportation with additives was more economical and safe than the heating transportation.
