摘　　要：目的:探索传染病医院药剂科的管理特点及方法。方法:对由传染病和胸科医院合并的医院药剂科的药品管理(采购、特殊药品、抗菌药物、职业暴露者使用药品、免费药品、捐赠药品、科研药品、应急药品等)、科室建设与人事管理方面的管理现状进行总结和分析;同时对科室发展进行思考与探讨。结果与结论:我中心建立了以专科建设为核心、针对专科不同类药品的管理方法;并从加强窗口服务和用药咨询、提升药学人员专业技术水平、建立有效的激励机制、积极开展临床药学及信息化建设等多方面促进科室发展。OBJECTIVE： To explore the characteristics and method of department management of pharmacy department in infectious disease hospital. METHODS： The situation of drug management （drug purchase, special drugs, antimicrobial agents, drugs for occupation exposure, free drugs, donated drugs, scientific research drugs and emergency drugs, etc.）, the construction of departments and personnel management were summarized and analyzed in pharmacy department of our medical center, which integrated infectious disease hospital and chest hospital. The development of departments was also investigated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Our center establishs the management methods for different types of specialty drugs taking specialty construction as core. The development of department is improved by strengthening window service and medication consultation, improving professional and technical level of medical staff, establishing incentive mechanism, developing clinical pharmacy and the construction of information, etc.
