长航时舰艇官兵上呼吸道正常菌群特点分析

摘　　要：目的观察长航期间舰艇官兵口咽部正常菌群分布情况。方法随机抽取2011年我中国海军长航(105天,航程24600海里)身体健康的舰艇官兵99人,做咽拭子培养,对分离的菌株进行药敏实验。结果 99例咽拭子标本中有79例阳性,共分离出细菌239株,优势菌群为草绿色链球菌和奈瑟菌,57%为革兰阴性杆菌,53%为阳性球菌。肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等条件致病菌对常用抗菌药物均敏感。结论舰艇官兵的呼吸道感染时,可选择第2,3代头孢菌素及喹诺酮类药物。Objective To determined the status of oropharyngeal normal microbial flora of healthy naval vessels soldiers in a long sea voyage. Methods Throat swab cultures were used to isolate oropharyngeal pathogens from 99 soldiers in 2011 long sea voyages. Characteristics of bacterial strains were sorted and identified using drug sensitivity tests. Results Results of bacterial identification showed that 79 out of 99 sam- ples were positive. There were 239 bacterial strains isolated from the to- tal, predominant flora is streptococcus viridans and Neisseriaceae. A To- tal of 138 strains were gram - negative bacilli （GNB） and 101 strains were gram-positive cocci （GNC） , accounting for 57% and 43%, re- spectively. All the bactierals were susceptible to most of the antimicrobial agents. Conclusion lI cephalosporin, Ill cephalosporin and quinolones are recommended in the vessel soldiers with acute respiratory infection .
