穿心莲提取物抗血小板聚集作用的有效部位研究

摘　　要：目的:研究穿心莲提取物抗血小板聚集作用的有效部位。方法:通过检测比较穿心莲水煎液(APNE)及其3个部位对ADP诱导人体外血小板聚集的抑制作用的影响,探讨穿心莲抗血小板聚集作用的有效部位。结果:APNE质量浓度为1 g·ml-1时,5 min血小板聚集抑制率达93.49%;APNF01为1 g·ml-1时,5 min血小板聚集抑制率为48.70%(P<0.05);APNF为91 mg·ml-1时,5 min血小板聚集抑制率为79.93%(P<0.05)。结论:穿心莲水煮醇沉后醋酸乙酯提取物部位具有抗血小板聚集作用。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-platelet aggregation active fraction of Andrographis paniculata extracts. METH- ODS The effects of water decoction of Andrographis paniculata extracts（APNE） and its three fractions on the platelet aggre- gation induced by ADP were measured, and the effective anti-platelet aggregation active fraction of Andrographis paniculata was selected. RESULTS The 5 min platelet aggregation inhibition rate of APNE at 1 g.ml 1, APNF0I at 0. 5 g.ml-~ and APNF at 91 mg. m ~ were 93.49 ~, 48.70 ~ （P^0.05） and 79.93 % （P^0. 05）, respectively. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate frac- tion of Andrographis paniculata extracts had a potent anti-platelet aggregation effect.
