摘　　要：以香格里拉县为例,利用ArcGIS软件并以林业"二类"调查数据为基础进行了林地分布制图,最终形成了香格里拉县林地分布图,详细探讨了制图过程及应注意的细节问题,实践证明了ArcGIS软件制图功能强大,且操作方便易学,在林业制图中有无可比拟的强大优势。Taking Shangri--La as an example, this article uses ArcGIS to accomplish forestry distribution drawing which is based on the data of forest management inventory. And it also introduces the mapping process and all the details which should be paid attention to. The practices show that ArcGIS is a powerful cartographic software which is easy to operate, and it has incomparable advantages in forestry mapping.
