摘　　要：分析了绿色管理的关键要素,包括引导、消减、评估、再发展,指出了污水处理作为一个可持续发展行业,实施绿色管理,可以有效地解决污水处理厂的"达标排放、控制生产成本,减少资源浪费及二次污染"等问题,提出了根本途径是污水处理厂行业管理模式与绿色管理的紧密结合,使污水处理厂走上人与自然和谐发展的道路。As a sustainable developmentindustry,implementinggreen managementinsewage treatmentcould ef- fectively solve the problems ofurban sewage treatment plantsuch asreaching the emission standard, control- ling the production costs, reducing the waste of resources and managing the secondary pollution. It isthe fun- damental way to solve these problemsbyintegrating the management mode of sewage treatment industry and green management closely,so as to achieveharmonious development between man and nature.
