摘　　要：分析了网络管理的功能、模式和标准，并着重介绍了网管协议SNMP，对几种主要的网络管理平台OpenView，NetView，SunNet Manager和SPECTRUM的优缺点进行比较，在此基础上，介绍了基于HP OpenView的网络管理软件Optivity。This paper analyses the function, pattern and criterion of network management, introduces a network management protocal-SNMP, compares some primary network management platforms such as Openview, NetView, SunNet Manager and SPECTRUM, and based on the above, introduces a network management software-Optivity which is based upon the HP OpenView.
