摘　　要：Java是一种网络语言，Java 3D是Java语言在三维图形领域的扩充，它继承了Java许多优良的特性。Java 3D能实现VRML绘制的所有三维图形。通过对Java 3D实现编译浏览VRML文件的分析，简要叙述了Java 3D的几何形体绘制、动画、交互技术，介绍了用Java语言编译VRML文件中遇到的一些技术问题。Java is the language of the network. Java3D is an extension to the standard Java distribution which adds advanced 3D graphics, and it inherits many good features from Java. Java 3D can realize all the 3D graphics of VRML(virtual reality modeling language).The article introduce a new approach to implement VRML browser with Java 3D, relating to the technique of Java 3D's geometry description, animation and interaction. The article also discusses some valuable problem on explaining VRML with Java language.
