摘 要:目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析治疗帕金森病方剂的组方规律。方法:筛选《普济方》和《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗帕金森病的方剂,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.0.1),采用软件集成的数据改进互信息法,复杂系统熵聚法、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗帕金森病方剂组方规律分析。结果:对筛选的94首治疗帕金森病的处方进行分析,得到方剂中药物的应用频次、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合32个,新处方9个。结论:利用中医传承辅助系统分析并阐明了治疗帕金森方剂的组方规律,为中医治疗帕金森的临床应用和新药开发提供参考依据。Objective: To analyze the composition principles of the prescriptions for Parkinson's disease (PD) by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). Method: The 94 prescriptions for PD in dictionary of Chinese medicine prescription (DCMP) and Pujifang were collected and recorded into the TCMISS (V2.0.1) to build the database. The composition principles of prescriptions were analyzed by revised mutual information, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering methods in the TCMISS. Result: The frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 32 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were mined from the database base on the 94 prescriptions for PD. Conclusion: The composition principles of the prescriptions treated PD were clarified by the TCMISS, which provided the reference for the clinical application and new drug research in the PD treatment.
