摘  要:目的:探讨足月胎盘中微小RNA(micro—ribonucleicacid,miRNA)miRNA-21和miRNA-16与非糖尿病性巨大儿发生的关系。方法:选择2011年9月至2012年3月常州市妇幼保健院足月分娩非糖尿病性巨大儿的孕妇26例为病例组,选择匹配的26例足月分娩的正常体重儿孕妇作为对照组,对两组孕妇胎盘中miRNA-21和miRNA.16的表达水平进行检测。结果:与对照组相比.巨大儿组胎盘中的miRNA-21和miRNA-16的表达水平均上调。采用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,在控制了混杂因素后,与低miRNA-21水平组相比.miRNA-2l高水平组发生巨大儿的OR值为5.79(95%CI:1.644~20.383)。结论:本研究显示胎盘中miRNA-21的表达水平与巨大儿密切相关.miRNA-21可能参与了巨大儿的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels ofmiRNA-21 and miRNA-16 in term placenta and non-diabetic macrosomia. Methods Term placentas were collected from 26 neonates with macrosomia and 26 neonates with normal birth weight in Changzhou Women and Children Health Hospital from Sep 2011 to March 2012. The miRNA-21 and miRNA-16 nlRNA levels in these placentas were measured by real-time PCR. Results The levels of miRNA-21 and miRNA-16 in placenta from macrosomia were all up-regulated than those in placenta from controls. After adjusting the potential confounders, multivariable Logistic regression analysis suggested that the OR value of macrosomia in higher miRNA-21 level group was 5.79 (95%CI 1.644 to 20.383) as compared to those in lower miRNA-21 level group. Conclusion The levels of miRNA-21 mRNA in placenta may be involved in the development of macrosomia.
