摘　　要：本文提出一种新的 RSA算法 .这种算法是对传统二进制算法的改进 ,即将指数 e进行 2 k 进制化 ,减少 e的序列长度 ,从而使新算法的迭代计算步数减少 .理论分析和实际应用均表明 。A new fast RSA algorithm To Raise Two to the Power of K System is presented in this paper,which is an improvement of traditional BR algorithm.It is shown by theoretical analyzing and real application that the proposed algorithm decreases the iterative steps by 70%.Compared with BR algorithm,the new algorithm obtains the speed improvement by about 30% on average
