摘 要:为解决传统故障树法在复杂机电产品的故障分析过程中存在不确定性问题,将集对分析技术引入故障分析过程,建立了集对分析理论与故障树相结合的故障分析模型,推导了该模型中常用的逻辑门集对算子并给出了模型的基本分析流程。以某型号磨齿机配置的液压系统为例,建立了液压系统元器件故障的集对故障树模型,计算了故障发生的可能性区间。结果表明:该方法的应用简便、有效,为产品故障分析过程提供了新的思路。To solve the uncertain problems during the fault analysis process of complicated electromechanical products by tra- ditional fault tree analysis, the set pair analysis (SPA) technology was introduced in the fault tree analysis (FFA) process and the analysis model consisting of SPA and FTA was set up. In addition, set operators of common logic gates in the model were worked out and the basic analysis flow of the model was given. By taking the hydraulic system of a certain type of gear grinding machines as ex- ample, the SPA-FTA model describing the component faults of the hydraulic system was built and the possible intervals while faults occurring were calculated. The conclusion proves that the applied method is simple but efficient, which provides a new idea for prod- uct fault analysis processes.
