摘 要:针对原有群车加油装备展收作业的不足,设计研究了一种适合于受限空间的加油卷盘用四杆式液压升降机,以实现新型展收作业。该升降机采用液压缸作为原动机直接推动平行布置的两个四杆机构运动,传动平稳、操作方便,易于调速。在介绍升降机总体结构及运动过程的基础上,分析了升降机起落机构和推拉机构的工作原理,给出了机构设计方案,并根据总体设计要求确定了升降机的一些关键参数。According to the deficiency existing in the unwrap- ping and withdrawing operation of original group vehicle refueling equipment,a four-bar type hydraulic elevator applied to the refuel- ing reel is designed and studied,which is suitable for use in re- stricted spaces,so as to realize a new type of the unwrapping and withdrawing operation. The hydraulic cylinder as the prime mover directly drives two parallel four-bar mechanisms, which is stable to transmission ,convenient to operation and easy to speed regulation. Based on the introduction of overall structure and movement pro- cess of the elevator,the working principle of the power lift and pushing-pulling mechanism are analyzed,and the system design is presented, and some key parameters of the elevator are determined according to requirements of the overall design.
