摘 要:高速公路服务区物流结点建设是可行的且必要的。黑龙江省高速公路"北安—兰西"段交通地理区位优越、区域经济发展良好、产业优势与物流需求充足、土地资源充足;其劣势是物流政策缺乏,管理体制落后;物流观念落后,物流人才的缺乏;物流信息化程度不高;所面临的机遇是国家及地方政府对物流发展的重视;第三产业比重的上升带来运输的新需求;物流网络初步形成;所面临的威胁主要来自于沿线既有或已规划物流园区和物流行业不断发展的挑战。对高速公路服务区进行物流结点建设,应该有效利用内部的优势,把握发展机遇,努力克服建设中的劣势与威胁,强化物流结点发展的核心竞争力,从而更好地的促进区域经济的发展。The construction of logistics nodes in highway service areas is feasible and necessary. The highway of Beian-Lanxi in Hei- longjiang has the advantages of superior geographical position, strong regional economic development, industrial strengths, and adequate logistics needs and land resources. The disadvantages are the lack of favorable logistics policy, backward management system, personnel shortage, and poor digital level. The opportunities include the commitment of logistics industry by the state and local governments, new transport demand brought about by the rising tertiary industry, and shaping of a logistics network. The threats are mainly from the devel- opment of existing or planned logistics park and industry along the line. In order to construct logistics nodes in highway service areas and better promote regional economic development, the government should effectively leverage internal strengths, seize opportunities, strive to overcome the weaknesses and threats and strengthen the core competitiveness.
