摘  要:轭部激磁电枢结构,是将电机的激磁绕组缠绕在定子轭部的结构形式。本文设计了一台额定功率60W、4极的轭部激磁单相感应电机,并利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansys Maxwell,对轭部激磁单相异步电动机进行了仿真分析。轭部激磁单相感应电机(主、副绕组总匝数分别为3600、3840)和传统单相感应电机(主副绕组总匝数分别为1800、1920)空载和负载性能基本一致。为交流电机提供一种新颖、有效的结构形式。Armature Yoke excitation, the excitation winding is wound in the stator yoke of the armature structure. And a rated power of 60W, 4 poles, rated speed of ll00rpm, single-phase induction motor with Magnetic Motive Force Coils is designed. Ansys Maxwell, handy Road with the method of magnetizing the yoke excitation single-phase induction motor for the simulation. The performance between single-phase induction motor with Magnetic Motive Force Coils (Number of main winding coils is 3600, Number of auxiliary winding coils is 3840) and general single-phase induction motor (Number of main winding coils is 1800, Number of auxiliary winding coils is 1920) is essentially the same case. Additionally, it provides a new, efficient energy saving structure.
