摘  要:聚氨酯填料由德国首先研发,国内实际工程运用不多,与动态膜反应器复合的应用未见报道。而动态膜反应器在好氧状态下,对各污染物指标去除效果较好,但脱氮效果不理想。利用聚氨酯填料的好氧一缺氧一厌氧微环境特点,按照30%的投加比将其投加到动态膜反应器中,研究复合式反应器的脱氮性能。试验结果表明:聚氨酯复合式动态膜反应器出水总氮去除率均值为75.20%,出水浓度为7.85—13.76mg/L,达到城镇污水处理厂一级A排放标准。Polyurethane carrier materials were first developed by Germany, there is few actual domestic polyurethane substrates project. None hybrid dynamic membrane bioreactor with polyurethane substrates has been reported. Dynamic membrane bioreaetor has good performance on many indexes under aerobic conditions, but not on nitrogen. 30% Polyurethane substrates was added in hybrid dynamic membrane bioreactor to analyze the performance of nitrogen removal, using its oxic-anoxic-anaerobic microenvironment. The results showed that the TN removal rate of hybrid dynamic membrane bioreaetor with polyurethane carrier materials could reach 75.20% , with the concentration of 7.85 mg/L to 13.76 mg/L, which can meet the TN requirement of level 1A in urban sewage treatment standard.
