摘  要:基于高温好氧堆肥工艺,从收运、前处理、堆肥、后处理和产品施用等环节全面分析餐厨垃圾肥料化利用过程中产生的臭气、废水、盐分、油脂等污染,分析潜在的污染源强,提出控制方法并给出了控制效果。该研究结论是目前国家《餐厨和厨余垃圾肥料化利用污染控制技术规范》研编过程中的阶段性成果。Based on high-temperature aerobic composting process, a comprehensive analysis of potential negative ecological and environmental impacts of the odor, wastewater, salinity, grease, etc. released in the process of collection and transportation of food wastes, pre-processing, composting, post-processing and product application was carried out. Furthermore, the potential sources of pollution were analyzed, controling methods were proposed and the application effects of the control methods were shown as references. The study results were a part of the phasic results of policy research on ‘ National guidelines on technical specification of food waste composting pollution control'.
