摘 要:太阳能电池板生成过程中会产生大量高浓度含氟废水,一般采用沉淀法处理并产生大量化学污泥。此类污泥成分复杂、硅含量高、处理处置困难,且因含氟而具有潜在危害性,因此需从源头削减其产量。研究了不同药剂、药剂量、pH值等反应条件下,污泥的产量系数及成分差异。综合考虑出水氟离子浓度、污泥产量、药剂成本等因素,选用工业级氢氧化钙为沉淀剂,按n(ca):n(F)=1:1的配比投加,反应pH:6.5—7.0。此条件下除氟的干污泥产率约为3.59g/g。Solar cell industry will produce a lot of wastewater containing fluoride, which is usually treated by precipitation, and resulting in large amount of chemical sludge. This kind of sludge, which has a complex composition including a high content of silicon, is hard to deal with and has potential toxicity deriving from containing of fluoride. So it is very important to reduce its production from the source. Production and composition of sludge is evaluated basing on different reagents, dosage and pH. Considering fluoride of outlet, production of sludge and costs of reagents, industrial grade calcium hydroxide was chosen as precipitation reagents with a dosage of n(Ca) : n(F) = 1: 1, and a pH of 6.5 to 7.0. Thus the production index of dry sludge for removing each gram of fluoride is about 3.59 g/g.
