微切口小儿疝疝囊高位结扎术1069例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿疝腹股沟区顺皮纹微切口疝囊高位结扎术在小儿疝手术中的，临床体会。方法对1069例小儿疝患者行腹股沟区顺皮纹微切口小儿疝疝囊高位结扎术。结果本术式手术操作时间平均为28min，双侧〈70min。术中出血少约1mL，住院时间平均4d，术后未发生伤口感染，无睾丸萎缩，医源性隐睾等并发症，手术瘢痕小，隐匿美观。本组手术1069例，随访6个月～7年，复发率1％。结论微切口小儿疝疝囊高位结扎术能够取得良好的疗效，值得在基层医院推广。Objective To explore clinical experience of a micro-incision Internal orifice high ligation in treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in childern. Methods 1069 cases with indirect inguinal hernia in children were treated by micro-incision. Results The average operative time was 28rain in unilateral vaginalis and 70min in bilateral hernial, about lmL intraoperative bleeding, The mean postoperative hospitalization was 4 days, no complications and recurrence oof wound infections,atrophia testiculi, latrogenic cryptorchildism occurred, Surgical scare was hidden, All patients were followed up for 6months to 7years, the recurrence rate is 1%, Conclusions A micro- incision Internal orifice high ligation treatment of inguinal hernia in children has the good curative effect, is worth the clinical promoted application in basic hospital.
