摘　　要：目的分析中药注射剂成分的复杂性、未知性、不可预测性造成中药注射剂不良反应的问题。方法查阅中药注射剂相关文献,从药材质量、药物配伍、生产工艺、辅料、质量标准、稳定性、代谢性等方面分析中药注射剂的不良反应。结果中药注射剂的成分具有复杂性、未知性、不可预测性,导致中药注射剂不良反应的发生。结论中药注射剂在使用过程中存在不良反应,应引起重视。Objective To clarify the questions of adverse reaction on Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection through its complexity, uncertainty and unpredictability. Methods Various references on Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection are investigated, and the adverse reaction is analyzed from the aspects of medicinal material qualities, drug compatibilities, production technologies, accessories, quality standard, stability, metabolism and so on. Results The compositions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection are complex, unknown and unpredictable. It is difficult to avoid the adverse reaction on Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection. And the adverse reaction is complex, unknown and unpredictable as well. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection would cause the adverse reaction during using, so it should attract our attention.
