饲喂桑树叶的中华绿蛋鸡表观代谢能值的测定

摘　　要：桑叶是家蚕主要的饲料资源,其含有丰富的营养成分和天然活性物质,是养蚕地区不可缺少的资源。在我国北方,桑叶资源非常丰富,且开发利用效果较差,为了更好地开发利用桑叶作为饲料资源,研究以中华蛋鸡为试验动物,进行了桑叶代谢能值的测定。结果表明:桑树叶饲喂蛋鸡的代谢能值为9.891 2 MJ/kg。研究为合理开发和利用桑叶饲料资源提供了理论依据。Mulberry leaf is a kind of important feed resources of silkworm, which contains rich nutri- ents and natural active substances.It is an indispensable resource in sericulture areas. In the north of China, mulberry leaf is very rich in resources, whereas results of its development and utilization are poor. In order to get better development and utilization and make mulberry leaves as feed resources, the Chinese green laying hens were chosen as experiment animals to determine metabolic energy value of mulberry leaves. The results showed that： the metabolizable energy value of mulberry leaves on lay- ing hens was 9.891 2 MJ/kg. This study provides a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of mulberry leaves as feed resources.
