摘  要:采用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机研究了煤机用钢27SiMn(/%:0.27C,1.20Si,1.25Mn,0.015Mo,0.021Ti)热轧中190mm棒材的变形量(10%~50%)和温度(850—1000℃)对钢中珠光体、铁素体尺寸和比例的影响。结果表明,随变形量和变形温度的增加,钢中晶粒尺寸减小,尺寸均匀度增加;当27SiMn钢在950℃进行30%形变时,珠光体晶粒尺寸为18—42μm,平均尺寸为28μm,珠光体占54%。The effect of deformation ( 10% - 50% ) and temperature (850 - 1 000 ℃ ) on peadite, ferrite size and ratio in hot rolled q5190 mm product of steel 27SiMn (/% : 0. 27C, 1.20Si, 1.25Mn, 0. 015Mo, 0. 021Ti) for coal ma- chine has been studied by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. Results show that with increasing deformation and temper- ature the size of grains in steel decreases and the homogenization of grain size increases ; as the steel deforms at 950 ℃ with deformation 30%, the grain size of pearlite in steel is 18 ×42 μm, the average size is 28 μm and the pearlite accounts to 54% of the total structure in steel 27SiMn.
