摘　　要：中国特色社会主义与市场社会主义同属于广义上的社会主义流派,二者既存在理论共识,也有着理论分歧。将二者进行比较既可以彰显中国特色社会主义的优越性,也可以挖掘市场社会主义理论的可贵品质。市场社会主义对社会主义制度的向往,以及它在经济、政治、生态等方面的独特见解对中国特色社会主义有正面的借鉴意义;而市场社会主义理论存在的脱离实践、背离人民群众和唯我独尊等教训,对中国特色社会主义则有反面的警示作用。借鉴的目的在于更好的超越,中国特色社会主义在理论的体系性和实践性,以及在对公有制的坚持上超越了市场社会主义。Both socialism with Chinese characteristics and market socialism belong to the socialist school in a broad sense, and they have theory consensus and divergence. Comparing the two with each other not only can re- veal the superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also can excavate the valuable quality of market socialism. Market socialism is eager for socialism and it has distinctive opinions in economic, political, ecological, and other aspects, which have positive significance to socialism with Chinese characteristics. Market socialism breaks away from practice and the masses, and it is egoistic, which have negative warning to socialism with Chi- nese characteristics. The aim of enlightenment is transcendence, and socialism with Chinese characteristics tran- scends market socialism in the aspects of the system and practice of the theory and persisting in the public owner- ship.
