对我国居民政治生活质量评价的思考

摘　　要：在国内外已有研究基础上,结合我国当前居民政治生活的实际状况,依据生活质量理论和中国特色社会主义民主政治理论,对我国居民政治生活质量评价指标体系进行了初步构建,提出了由民主参与、法治进程和政府绩效3个一级指标和22个二级指标构成的我国居民政治生活质量评价指标体系,并从政策、理论和实践三个层面论述了对我国居民政治生活进行评价研究的价值和意义。Based on the research at home and abroad, taking into account the current actual situation of Chinese citizens＇ political life, and according to the theory of quality of life and the theory of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, this study carries out a preliminary construction of the index system for evaluation of quality of Chinese residents＇ political life. The index system includes three dimensions （democratic participation, process of rule by law, and government performance） and 22 indicators. The study also discusses the value and significance of evaluating the quality of residents＇ political life from the angles of policy, theory and practice.
