摘　　要：我国结核病疫情面临严峻挑战,诊断和治疗亦存在诸多难点,尤其耐药性结核病的出现、扩散、治疗失败导致病死率增高以及新药开发滞后等已成为全球性公共卫生问题的新视点。本文着重强调全方位加强对结核病的防控已刻不容缓,并就此作一述评。The epidemic condition of tuberculosis has been challenged in China because many difficulties exist in its diagnosis and treatment, especially the development and spread of the drug-resistant tuberculosis as well as the failure in its treatment. All of these factors have led to an increase in the case-fatality rate and the hysteresis of the new drugs for tuberculosis treatment, which have become a new visual point in the worldwide public health problem. This article em- phasizes that the all-round prevention and control of tuberculosis should be strengthened imminently.
