经验性抗感染治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价经验性抗感染治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法以急诊内科病房CAP患者97例为研究对象,依据肺炎严重指数(PSI)分为低、中、高危人群,应用相应的抗感染治疗方案(阿奇霉素、或联合二、三、四代头孢菌素),评价其疗效。结果 97例患者中,应用相应的抗感染治疗方案后7天好转率(有效+显效)为63.9%(62例)、临床治愈率为33.0%(32例),总有效率(好转+治愈)为96.9%(94例);其中14天治愈率为30.9%(30例);21天治愈率为10.3%(10例)。结论阿奇霉素、或联合二、三、四代头孢菌素经验性抗感染治疗CAP疗效确切可靠。Ojeive o evlue he effiy of iniil empiinimioil hepy fopienwih ommuniy quied pneumoni（P） in he emegeny wd.
