七氟烷与异丙酚全麻对老年大肠癌术中心血管活动影响的比较

摘　　要：目的比较七氟烷与异丙酚全麻对老年大肠癌患者术中心血管活动的影响。方法选取本院60例直肠癌根治术老年患者随机分为七氟烷组30例与异丙酚组30例,检测两组诱导前、后1、3和5min的HR、SBP、DBP及MAP。结果两组在麻醉诱导后HR、SBP、DBP和MAP与诱导前基础值比较均出现不同程度的下降,而在3.min和5.min的SBP、MAP下降明显(P<0.05),异丙酚组较七氟烷组麻醉诱导后3min和5.min的SBP、MAP下降明显(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷、异丙酚对老年患者的心血管活动均有不同程度的抑制作用,但七氟烷较异丙酚对患者血循环影响较小、血管稳定性较好。Objective To compare the effect between sevoflurane and propofol in colorectal cancer cardiovascular activities affect in elderly people. Methods 60 cases of colorecta] cancer radical mastectomy elderly patients were random- ly divided into two groups. The HR, SBP, DBP and MAP from start to finish about anesthesia induction were observed. Results The HR, SBP, DBP and MAP of patients in both groups were decreased in different degrees after induction of anesthesia. The decrease was statistically significant at 3rain and 5 min after induction of anesthesia（P〈0. 5）. Compared with Sevoflurane egroup, The decrease of SBP and MAP was more obvious in propofole needle group at 3 rains and 5 mins after induction of anesthesia（P〈0.5）. Conclusion Both etomidate and propofol inhibit the cardiovascular Stability in elderly patients in different degrees, but Sevoflurane has less effect on the circulation of patients and vascular stability.
