孕晚期乳房综合护理对母乳喂养状况及乳房并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的通过孕晚期合理乳房综合护理，减少产后母乳喂养导致的相关乳房问题，从而提高母乳喂养率。方法将120例妊娠28~30周的孕妇随机分成研究组和对照组，每组60例，研究组的孕妇在妊娠28周后每天进行乳房综合护理1～2次，妊娠37周后做乳头按摩。对照组不作乳房、乳头按摩。观察两组产后乳房并发症发生率和婴儿4个月纯母乳喂养率。结果研究组产后乳腺炎、乳头皲裂、奶胀等乳房并发症明显低于对照组（P〈O．05），婴儿4个月纯母乳喂养率显著提高（P〈0．01）。结论孕晚期乳房综合护理可有效减少产后乳房并发症，提高母乳喂养率。Objective Through comprehensive breast lems related to breastfeeding and improve breastfeeding rate. care in the late gestation, to reduce postpartum breast prob- Methods 120 cases between 28 to 30 weeks＇ gestation were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 for study group and 60 for control. The study group was treated with daily breast comprehensive care 1 to 2 times after 28 weeks＇ gastation, and massage the nipple and surrounding area after 37 weeks＇ gestation. Control group did not get breast and nipple massage. The rate of postpartum breast problems related to breast- feeding and breast-feeding rate of infants in 4 months were observed. Results The postpartum mastitis, cracked nipple and stagnation of milk in study group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, The breast-feed- ing rate of infants in 4 months was significantly increased （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The prenatal instruction for breast care can effectively reduce postpartum breast complications and improve breastfeeding rates.
