原位回肠代膀胱术后下尿路尿动力学研究

摘　　要：目的应用尿动力学检查方法探讨原位回肠代膀胱术后的临床效果。方法对15例行原位回肠新膀胱患者术后进行排尿情况的记录和尿动力学检查。结果 15例患者均可自主控制排尿,5例患者最大尿流率<1 0 mL/s,1例夜间轻微尿失禁,排尿困难组最大膀胱容量及残余尿量均大于对照组(P<0.05),而最大潴尿压相比无明显统计学意义。结论原位回肠新膀胱术后患者排尿良好,是较为适宜的膀胱替代方法。Objective Method of application of urodynamics after orthotopic ileal neobladder clinical effect.Methods 15 cases orthotopic ileal neobladder patients for voiding records and urodynamics.Results 15 Patients can self-control urination,5 patients with maximum flow rate 10 ml/s,One case night mild incontinence,dysuria group of maximum bladder capacity and residual urine volume greater than the control group（P0.05）,while the maximum pressure of urine retention was no significant statistical significance.Conclusion Patients after orthotopic ileal bladder voiding well,the bladder is more appropriate alternative.
