高校机构知识库元数据质量控制问题研究

摘　　要：纵观国内外研究现状,专家们还未制定出比较系统的、普遍适用的质量控制机制。机构知识库中的元数据的质量控制,对于提高整个知识库的质量有着重要意义。提出通过引入OAI-PMH元数据收割协议和DC元数据来保证元数据的规范性,并分析挖掘元数据之间的内在关系,以实现元数据的提交智能化,通过丰富机构中基础数据的建设和加强平台控制功能,从而实现对元数据的质量控制。根据以上提出的元数据质量控制方法,针对高校机构知识库中元数据的特点,提出了具体的质量控制方案,验证了所提方法的可行性。According to the research situation at home and abroad, experts have not worked out a systemic and universally applicable qual- ity control mechanism. The quality control of the metadata in institutional repository is greatly meaningful to improving the quality of the institutional repository. For ensuring the specification of the metadata, adopt the OAI Metadata Harvesting Protocol and DC metadata;for achieving to submit information intelligently, analyze the intrinsic link among the metadata;for controlling the quality of the metadata, strengthen the construction of basic data of institution and the control functions of platform. According to the above metadata quality con- trol method, a specific quality control program based on the characteristics of university institutional is proposed. And this quality control program has been verified the feasibility.
