农业高校“双百”科技富民工程产业技术联盟基地建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：农业高校是服务农业产业发展,推动科技成果转化,提升科技服务能力的重要力量。本文结合湖南农业大学科技服务"三农"的实践,从"双百"科技富民工程的实施成效出发,分析了"双百"科技富民工程建设过程中出现的问题,探讨了产业技术联盟基地的建设思路,提出了加强产业技术联盟基地建设的具体措施。Agricultural Universities plays an important role to service for development of agricultural industries,to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and to enhance capabilities of scientific and technological service. In this paper, take the service activities of scientific research for practice, the weaknesses aspects in the construction process of ＂double hundred＂ scientific and technological enriching pro- ject that has been implementing for ten years were analysised, then discussed the connotation of enriching project focused on industry technology al- liance bases, and its effective methods to strengthen industry technology alliance bases were presented.
