摘  要:[目的]为了充分利用茶树硬枝,扩大无性繁殖系数,研究茶树硬枝短穗与扦插成活率、茶苗长势的关系。[方法]开展3、5、7 cm这3种不同长度硬枝短穗和留全叶、留叶2/3、留叶1/2这3种不同留叶硬枝短穗的比较试验。[结果]茶树硬枝长度5 cm、留叶2/3的短穗扦插效果较好,成活率达88.3%,平均着叶数7.6片,苗高27 cm,25 cm以上苗达85.6%。[结论]阐明了影响茶树硬枝扦插成活率及长势的内因和外因,提高扦插成活率的关键是剪取适合的短穗和加强苗圃管理。试验达到了茶树无性繁殖的效果,为茶树硬枝扦插技术的推广应用提供了理论基础,同时为茶树良种繁殖提供了一项有效方法。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the relationship between tea hardwood short spike and cuttage survival rate, seedling length potential, to make full use of hardwood, expand the vegetative propagation coefficient. [ Method ] Three lengths of hardwood short spike, 3, 5, 7 cm, and three leaf remained hardwood short spike, the whole leaf, 2,/3 leaf remained, 1,/2 leaf remained, were designed to conduct on the comparison test. [ Result] The cutting effects of that good tea hardwood length 5 em and 2/3 leaf remained was better, and the survival rate was 88.3% , the average leaf number was 7.6, seedling height was 27 cm, that over 25 cm seedlings reached 85.6%. [ Conclusion] The internal and external factors of influencing the tea tree survival rate and growth vigor of hardwood cuttings were revealed, the key to increase the survival rate of cuttings was clipping for short spike and strengtheningthe nursery management. The test obtains the tea asexual propagation effect, provides a theoretical basis for the application of the tea hardwood cutting technology, and provides an effective method for breeding good varieties of tea at the same time.
