摘  要:[目的]建立利用薄层扫描法测定栀子中栀子苷含量的方法。[方法]样品经超声提取,采用硅胶G高效薄层板条带点样,以氯仿-乙酸乙酯-无水甲醇(3:2:1,V/V/V)为展开剂上行展开,在240nm波长进行扫描检测。[结果]在0.240—0.640μg/ml范围内,栀子苷浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.99954,平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为1.69%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于赣南野生黄栀子中栀子苷的含量测定。[ Objective ] A method of thin layer chromatography scanner (TLCS) was established to determine the content of geniposide in FRUCTUS GARDENIAE. [ Method] The samples were extracted by the method of ultrasonic extraction and the silica gel G thin layer plate was adopted in the determination with chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol used as developer. The quantitative analysis was conducted by single wavelength scanning at 240 nm. [ Result] The linear range was 240 -640 ng with correlation coefficient of 0.999 54. The average recovery was 100.45% (RSD = 1.69% ). [ Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for content determination of geniposide in FRUCTUS GARDENIAE.
