苍苓止泻口服液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苍苓止泻口服液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效。方法:选取72例小儿腹泻病患儿,按随机数字表法分为治疗组36例和对照组36例。对照组患儿常规给予禁食、抗病毒、静脉补液、止吐、退热、纠正水电解质紊乱、调整饮食、口服微生态制剂及其他对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用苍苓止泻口服液联合蒙脱石散口服。观察两组患儿大便恢复正常时间、呕吐消失时间及热退时间及治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效率为69.4%,总有效率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的38.9%、75.0%,两组显效率、有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组大便恢复正常时间为(39.33±24.10)h,对照组为(57.67±29.08)h,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组呕吐消失时间、热退时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍苓止泻口服液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻病疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Method：72 cases of infantile diarrhea were divided into the treatment group（36 cases）and the control group（36 cases）according to the random table method. The control group was given conventional fasting,intravenous fluids,antiemetic,antiviral,antipyretic,correct water and electrolyte disorders,diet adjustment,oral microecological preparations and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was based on the use of cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder orally. Defecate to restore the nomal time,vomiting disappeared time and the fever disappeared time of two groups were observed.Result：The apparent effective rate of the treatment group was 69.4%,total effective rate was 94.4%,better than 38.9%,75.0%of the control group,there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）;defecate to restore the normal time of the treatment group was（39.33±24.10）hours and the control group was（57.67±29.08）hours,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）,the vomiting disappeared time and the fever disappeared time of the two groups were no significant differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Cangling oral liquid combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
