认知干预对女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者焦虑情绪的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知干预对女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选择女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院的焦虑患者476例,随机分为观察组240例和对照组236例。对照组给予常规心理护理,观察组在此基础上给予认知干预。比较两组干预前后及组间的焦虑例数和SAS评分情况。结果:同期女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者共793例,发生焦虑476例,发生率为60.03%;干预后组间比较,干预组焦虑减少例数(字2=29.22,P<0.01)及SAS评分下降幅度(t=17.49,P<0.01)均显著优于对照组;组内比较干预组干预前后SAS评分差异有统计学意义(t=19.68,P<0.01),对照组干预前后SAS评分差异无统计学意义(t=1.84,P>0.05)。结论:认知干预可以有效缓解女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者焦虑情绪,应在慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者中规范开展认知干预,以促进患者康复。Objective：To explore the effect of cognitive intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease hospitalized female patients with anxiety. Method：476 hospitalized COPD female patients with anxiety were divided into two groups randomly.There were 240 patients in the intervention group and 236 patients in the control group,all patients were informed consent.Both groups were given routing care and for the intervention group cognitive intervention was added for patients.Then the summer of anxiety people and the SAS scale were compared between the two groups and the same group. Result：There were 476 patients with anxiety in 793 hospitalized COPD female patients in the same time,the patients with anxiety were 60.03%. Compared to the control group after treatment,the patients with anxiety（X2=29.22,P〈0.01）and the SAS scales（t=17.49,P〈0.01）in the intervention group were significantly different.There was significantly different between before intervention and after intervention in the intervention group of SAS scales （t=19.68,P〈0.01）,while there was no significant difference in the control group（t=1.84,P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Cognitive intervention could greatly relieve the anxiety of hospitalized COPD female patients. The hospitalized COPD female patients should be given cognitive intervention.
