资源型城市的再次转型研究——以焦作市为例

摘　　要：以焦作市为例,剖析了其在资源型城市转型成绩背后存在的产业比例失调、能源消耗偏高、生态赤字严重等问题。为实现可持续发展,须再次转型。统筹产业、城市空间结构、交通3要素,确立再次转型的总体思路,分别提出优化产业结构、重塑城市空间、梳理内外交通等策略,以期助力焦作市未来发展。Taking Jiaozuo City as an example, the problems covered by achievements in transformation of resource-based city were analyzed, such as industrial structure imbalance, higher energy consumption, severe ecological deficit, and so on. To achieve sustainable development, Jiaozuo should carry out a retransformation process. Based on coordination of industry, urban spatial structure and transportation, the orientation of retransformation was determined. Finally, strategies on retransformation were put forward, such as optimizing the industrial structure, remodelling urban space, and teasing internal and external traffic, so as to help the future development of Jiaozuo City.
